Organizational Structure and Core Values
Our organization chart does not have a CEO in the center, but rather our core values: Commitment, Equality and Ownership. Instead of titles and management positions, each team has a leader who must continually earn that title. This flat structure ensures there are no barriers to collaboration, and everyone has an equal opportunity to be heard.
