To make your hiring even easier, we’ve launched a new Applicant Merge feature to help streamline your hiring. The days of sorting through duplicate applicants and resumes are over.
Save time by consolidating applicant information. When viewing an applicant profile, our system automatically locates other applicant profiles containing the same email address. If a duplicate is recognized, you have the option to merge candidates.
In a few steps, users select which resume to use and bring together all of the content and evaluations associated with that person. The process is that easy.
