Owners have unrestricted access within the system and are able to manage the privileges of other users. Administrators, recruiters and users have certain limitations to their privileges. This feature is especially useful when working with recruiters and other third party users.
Creating & Authenticating Users
Owners and Administrators in The Resumator can assign privileges to users in the Setting section.
Alternately, OneLogin’s free plan for The Resumator enables customers to easily connect their internal Active Directory or LDAP server to The Resumator app. Single sign-on allows users to login once, connect with web-based services at the office or on the go and enforce multi-factor authentication.
Recruiter Access
Recruiters are given a separate login and unique URL to submit candidates through. When signed into The Resumator, recruiters can only see the applicants they sourced. Recruiters are also restricted from exporting applicants, creating or editing jobs and deleting applicants.
Flexibility
The flexibility of The Resumator allows owners to change recruiter’s privileges. Owners can further limit access by marking jobs as “Private Posting,” or open up access to view all applicants in the account.
