The Resumator Goes All in with New Leadership Team

A seasoned technical and operational executive, Fraley will play a key role in helping the fast-growing startup accelerate its growth.

Fraley’s expertise in network management, large-scale software architecture, product management and technical sales derives from 25 years of experience filling the void between technology and business. A graduate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Fraley is keenly aware of evolving technology and its role in business systems.

His professional career started as an engineer at Hewlett-Packard, where he quickly became one of the youngest managers in the company. He went on to lead one of the fastest growing software teams in Pittsburgh as the Senior Director of Software Development at FORE Systems. Then, as co-founder and CTO of CoManage, he helped build a leading product in a new telecom software category. All of this experience was before Fraley became the CTO of SnapRetail, where he helped build and lead a top-notch product team in retail SaaS.
