• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a business analyst role using data to drive business decisions and results
• Outstanding and proven analytic and problem solving ability in a business environment
• Exposure to website click path analysis and with services such as Google analytics
• Expert in MS Excel and proficient with MS Access or similar
• Training in statistical methodology (multivariate, time-series, experimental design, data mining, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail – proven ability to produce high quality deliverables with minimal oversight
• Proven ability to work across all levels of an organization and ability to communicate fluently with business users, technical personnel and management across the organization.
• Experience with databases and data warehousing concept/tools and proven capability to strategically problem-solve using advanced quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience with PL/SQL and building Oracle stored procedures is a plus.
• Experience with an enterprise B.I. reporting platform is highly desirable.

If you have a passion for software development and systems architecture, we are looking for you to join us as our Software Engineering Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of our agile software development lifecycle and ensuring timely release of software, while providing mentorship and development of a highly-skilled team of software and quality assurance engineers.
Sounds good so far, right? We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• Strong hands on experience coding in C# and ASP .NET, MVC or Ruby on Rails, designing databases, and architecting highly scalable and available web applications.
• Multi-year experience developing web applications using Business Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD) techniques, including experience with mocking frameworks.
• Strong ability to delegate and create ownership with their team
• Proven track record of a successful implementation of the agile development process
• Experience managing enterprise-scale Service Oriented Architecture projects
• Proven success developing open APIs to deliver software services
